Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. We will contact you to let you know what day we will be in your area and answer any questions you may have. Our weeks run Saturday to Friday, so expect a call on the following Saturday after your order is placed.
No, nobody needs to be home for us to install your new post setup, we will send photos upon completion. If you would prefer to be home add your available times into the special instructions of your order and we will do our best to accommodate. We install Monday thru Friday approximately 9AM - 3PM.
We uninstall all standard sized setups before installing our new setup. The only exceptions are large structures usually made of brick or stone, and granite pillars, as we do not have the machinery or means to remove these.
Yes, we can dispose of the old post and mailbox for $10. If you choose to dispose of it we can usually cut the old post into pieces small enough to fit in most trash cans.
Yes, we use at least 1 bag of fast-set concrete for every installation. Sometimes more depending on pulling rocks or old concrete from the ground. There is no extra charge if we have to use more than 1 bag.
Normal post installation will usually be the following week after the order is placed. Any special order post or mailbox requests may take longer. Once we arrive actual installation time varies, but is usually 30 to 90 minutes.
We accept debit/credit, cash, checks, Venmo and Zelle. When you order through our website there is an option for credit/debit card or offline payment (cash/check/Venmo/Zelle).
Yes, we can install a post and mailbox bought from another supplier. Our cost is usually $159-199 depending on the style of post. If it requires a concrete pad it could be more.
Yes, if the installation address is in Connecticut, we service your town. We never charge a travel rate, we just ask for your patience if you are a long distance from the Hartford/Waterbury/New Haven areas.
